Designed to power one or 2 speakers from each amplifier channel (4 ohm minimum loading) it offers a simplified feature set while retaining genuine, uncompromised PLX performance and technology. Weighing just 13 pounds this "plug-and-play" amplifier is perfect for ultraportable rigs, as well as reference-quality playback.

Advanced cooling with flow-through heat sinks and front exhaust; front-panel LED power, clip, -10dB, and signal present indicators; Speakon outs; 21-position front-panel gain controls; balanced XLR inputs with TRS connectors; and patented PowerLight power supply technology combine to make the PLX1804 one of the most versatile andpower amp available.

Clip limiting protects speakers while thermal limiting maintains operation even during abnormal overloads.
